At My Mamma Tiffin Service, we’re committed to delivering fresh, home-style Indian meals with love and care. We understand that things don’t always go as planned, so here’s our return and refund policy to help guide you.
Refund Eligibility:
You are eligible for a refund only under the following condition:

Incomplete Subscription Fulfillment: If we are unable to supply meals for the full duration of your subscribed package, we will refund the value of the undelivered portion.
Non-Refundable Scenarios:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or refunds in the following situations:

Delivery Time Delays: While we aim to be punctual, occasional delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. These do not qualify for refunds.

Taste Expectations: Our meals are prepared with a unique, consistent homestyle recipe that we cannot customize for individual preferences. Refunds will not be provided if the taste does not meet personal expectations.

Customer Unavailability: If you're not available to receive your delivery or fail to inform us in advance, the meal will be considered delivered and non-refundable or re deliverable.

Cancellations of food deliveries for a particular day or days within the subscription period that are not informed at least 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund or redelivery beyond the subscription period. However, if proper notice is given at least 48 hours prior, the meal may be considered for rescheduling within the subscription period or beyond, but not for a refund.

Change of Address to Non-Serviceable Area: If you relocate to a location outside our delivery zone, we cannot provide a refund for the remaining subscription. We recommend informing us as early as possible to explore options.
How to Request a Refund:
If you are eligible for a refund based on the above terms, please contact us at mymamma.uk@gmail.com within 5 days of the missed service or whats app to +44 7424535966. Refunds for valid claims will be processed within 7–10 business days.
