At My Mamma Tiffin Service, we’re committed to delivering fresh, home-style Indian meals with love and care. We understand that things don’t always go as planned, so here’s our return and refund policy to help guide you.

Refund Eligibility:

You are eligible for a refund only under the following condition:

• Incomplete Subscription Fulfillment: If we are unable to supply meals for the full duration of your subscribed package, we will refund the value of the undelivered portion.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or refunds in the following situations:

• Delivery Time Delays: While we aim to be punctual, occasional delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. These do not qualify for refunds.
• Taste Expectations: Our meals are prepared with a unique, consistent homestyle recipe that we cannot customize for individual preferences. Refunds will not be provided if the taste does not meet personal expectations.
• Customer Unavailability: If you're not available to receive your delivery or fail to inform us in advance, the meal will be considered delivered and non-refundable.
• Change of Address to Non-Serviceable Area: If you relocate to a location outside our delivery zone, we cannot provide a refund for the remaining subscription. We recommend informing us as early as possible to explore options.

How to Request a Refund:

If you are eligible for a refund based on the above terms, please contact us at mymamma.uk@gmail.com within 5 days of the missed service. Refunds for valid claims will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• 1 Month Subscription: This package is designed to deliver 2 meals a day for One Month, ensuring a full month of home-cooked goodness.
• No Deliveries on Sundays: We believe in giving our chefs a day of rest, so meals will be delivered Monday to Saturday only. Sundays are a break for both our kitchen and you!
